Avalis exists to give meaningful employment to disabled people and we do that by building up a team of trained and supported disabled people who can provide services for our partner companies. Team members stay as employees of Avalis and we give them all of their long term support from further training to finding new companies to work with.

We take a different approach to find and then train people to join the team so that we listen to you to make sure everything can work as smoothly as possible. Each team member is an individual and we see that everyone has different needs to be able to get into and then do well at work.
