Meet The Team
Becky
Director of Communications & People
Becky has been heavily involved in addressing the disability employment gap for 20 years and founded an inclusive theatre company. As a wheelchair user with Cerebral Palsy, she also has lived experience working with employers to increase their inclusivity.
Dave
Director of Operations
Dave has been working to increase workplace inclusivity since 2014, including having previously led teams in designing innovation in assistive technology. Prior to this, he worked as an expert in delivering complex business change through user led design.
Amber
Director of Recruitment & Partnerships
Amber has led recruitment and retention programmes within companies of all sizes for 10 years, with a focus on disability employment since 2016. She specialises in designing inclusive campaigns and processes.
